Jim Todd and crew scramble to make infield repairs.
During his heat race Jim Todd spun to the infield heading to the Soccer goals. He stopped in time but his car needed some repairs. When the two out of town drivers missed turn one and hit the wall the race was red flagged.
While Jim gets ready to climb in and strap down his crew quickly replaces a shock and radius rod during a red flag stop when two out of town drivers climbed up the turn one wall.
Jim said later that he has the best crew in the world.
A few moments after this photo was taken the crew had it all back together except for one lost nut. (Grass is not a good work area.) The nut was found and the last adjustment was made and Jim restarted the race.
It is a lot of fun watching a good crew work together during crunch time. Jim came back and finished 3rd in the B main and 15th in the A. Good comeback
