Racing For Smiles of the Northwest VIP of the day, Caeser, pauses for a photo with 16 year old Jay Cook, the youngest Legends driver at Meridian Speedway, Caeser got his T-shirt signed by all of the Legends drivers and many others during his tour through the pits before the races on Saturday May 10, 2008.
