It’s full speed ahead after navigating a tight turn at the Marsing Sprint Boat Track. In this case full speed ahead is close to 80 mph.
This team won in the Super Boat class with a time of 55.165 in the second round of eliminations. The engine is a 461 CID chevy. Dave also builds hulls even though he did not build this one. His next boat will be hand-built by him from the hull to the drivers seat and the engine. This is Dave's 8th year driving a sprint boat and he has competed in New Zealand and Australia.
