Johnny jets around the track

Just seconds after this photo was taken Johnny Giesler tagged the turn one wall. After the long trip back to the pits many other competitiors raced to help. Within about a two hour time span his car was not only back on track but had set a new track record. Later in the evening Johnny piloted to another victory. This time in the 40 lap Pepsi Sprintcar main. See the story below.
