Gutenberger crashes in to turn two wall

Mark Zirschy passes on the low side of turn two as Michael Gutenberger slams into the wall near the pit entrance. Emergency personell extracted Michael and he walked to the ambulance under his own power but was not transported to the hospital at that time.
His windshield was broken on the right side and witnesses said that his head came through the windshield causing the break. But this photo shows that it may be the right fender that came off and broke the windwhield. In the previous photo (not shown here but check our web album) it shows the fender had already came off before impact.
