Rally Racing in Idaho
On July 10 -12, the beautiful town of Mountain Home will host the Idaho Rally 2008 which includes round 3 of the United States Rally Championship, round 6 of the California Rally Series and round 5 of the Pacific North West Rally Championship. The two day performance rally takes place in the Boise National Forest just 30 miles east of Boise. Competitors will race on very technical, narrow and often elevation changing forest roads. Stages will range from 20 to 25 miles. We will have 3 spectator areas set up to get your rally heart beat going. You will be able to watch the crews work on their cars and get a close up look at the teams. If that’s not close enough you can join the work force and sign up as a volunteer.
There will be a pre-race parade through Mountain Home. As a racing fan you won’t want to miss this.
